Key Sustainability Priorities

At the same time, in coordination with local urban planning initiatives, we build public infrastructure to create value for a safe and shared-prosperity society.

We regard sustainability as a core value central to Ding Gu's operations. We actively align with regional economic development strategies, improve the environment, integrate with communities, and enhance quality of life, continuously building sustainable business practices to create long-term sustainable value for our stakeholders and society.

Elements of Ding Gu's Sustainability Model

Ding Gu Sustainability Governance Structure

To deepen sustainability governance, elevate Ding Gu's development scope, and establish strategic sustainability goals, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of the "Corporate Sustainability Development Committee" on May 12, 2022. This dedicated (or part-time) unit is responsible for the planning and execution of sustainability-related initiatives, upholding a responsible approach to coexist and thrive together with the land and resources upon which Ding Gu depends.

The Ding Gu Corporate Sustainability Development Committee reports directly to the Board of Directors and is convened by the General Manager, who is responsible for policy formulation and oversight of implementation. The Committee reports regularly to the Board on sustainability execution matters each year and is supervised by the Board on strategy, goal-setting, and management policies.
