Key Sustainability Priorities
Ding Gu's materiality matrix is established through a four-stage process. In 2025, we referenced the Group's business strategy, employee code of conduct, industry standards, domestic and international corporate social responsibility guidelines, and the previous year's material topics to identify CSR material topics that could impact Ding Gu's operations or stakeholders. Combining these with the results of stakeholder interviews and discussions with management, we compiled the materiality matrix.
Building on this foundation in 2021, we reviewed industry trends, peer-focused issues, and regulatory requirements, comparing them against Ding Gu's material topics. From the current state of the industry, we identified key issues of concern to stakeholders and peers, and used this to confirm Ding Gu's materiality matrix.

After a detailed review of industry research, peer analysis, and other relevant materials, we identify potential material topics that reflect the impact of Ding Gu's operations on the economy, environment, and communities, or that influence stakeholders' assessments and decisions regarding Ding Gu.
We develop a stakeholder communication plan and conduct stakeholder interviews to understand the priority topics of concern to each stakeholder group. This process culminates in evidence-based material topics, with matrix analysis used to identify the topics that are truly material to Ding Gu.
We conduct management communication sessions to understand management's views on the material topics. Management places great importance on the findings of this research and will progressively implement the topics of key concern to both internal and external stakeholders in future work. We will faithfully reflect Ding Gu's performance on these topics in our reports.
We review the previous year's implementation practices and performance on material topics, listen to stakeholder feedback, compare industry trends and peer areas of focus, and gather the current status of government laws and regulations, in order to adjust and confirm the current year's material topic initiatives.
